Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the services provided by Llanishen Landscapes ("we", "us"). By booking work with us you agree to these terms.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Pricing is based on the description of work given to us. If conditions on site differ significantly we will discuss any changes with you before continuing.

Bookings & cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. We may charge a small call-out fee for cancellations made on the day.

Payment

Invoices are due within 7 days of completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer.

Our work

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill, and are fully insured. We are a registered waste carrier and dispose of green waste responsibly.

Weather

Some jobs may be postponed in adverse weather for safety reasons. We will rebook as soon as possible.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law. Otherwise, our liability for any single job is limited to the value of the work invoiced.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
